Welcome to First Love Community Fellowship
Where believers gather in the warmth of authentic community, devoted to Christ and one another.
MISSION: To equip people with the foundation of God's Word and to partner with the Holy Spirit to extend the Kingdom of God through love and service supported by a network of house churches.
Why Home Church?
Returning to the New Testament pattern of simple, Spirit-led gatherings centered on Christ.
We move beyond surface-level interactions to genuine, life-sharing relationships. Everyone knows your name, your story, and walks with you through every season of life.
Every member has a voice and contributes their gifts. Rather than watching from the sidelines, each person actively participates in worship, teaching, prayer, and ministry to one another.
Meeting in homes creates a family atmosphere where spiritual growth happens naturally. Walls come down, hearts open up, and the presence of God becomes tangible in the everyday.
The early church met from house to house, breaking bread and sharing in fellowship. We embrace this New Testament pattern of simple, Spirit-led gatherings centered on Christ.
Because of the close-knit nature of a home church, discipleship tends to be more intentional and relational. Members have greater opportunities to mentor one another, ask questions, and engage in honest conversations about faith and life.
One of the practical benefits of a home church is its simplicity and low financial burden. Without the need for maintaining a building, paying large staff, or running extensive programs, the focus shifts away from expenses and toward relationships and spiritual growth.
How We Gather
Church doesn't end when the meeting does — we do life together throughout the week.
We meet weekly in homes, creating a relaxed environment where Christ is the center — worship through song, sharing the Word, open discussion, prayer, and often a shared meal.
Rather than one pastor doing all the ministry, leadership is shared among mature believers (Elders). Everyone is encouraged to use their spiritual gifts to edify the body.
Sharing meals, supporting one another practically, praying together, and being the family of God in tangible ways — throughout the entire week.
When we gather, anyone led by the Spirit can share a song, a teaching, a revelation, or a word of encouragement — dynamic, Spirit-led meetings where God moves through His people.
Ministry
And He gave some as apostles, some as prophets, some as evangelists, some as pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of service. Ephesians 4:11–12
These five ministries work together to equip every believer for the work of ministry. In our home church, we recognize and honor these gifts as Christ raises them up among us, knowing that together we become mature in Him.
Sent ones who plant churches and lay foundations. They bring order, establish leadership, and extend the kingdom into new territories.
They speak the now word of God to His people, bringing revelation, correction, and direction through the voice of the Spirit.
They proclaim the good news and bring the lost to Christ, igniting passion for the Great Commission and equipping believers to share their faith.
They shepherd the flock with care and compassion, nurturing, protecting, and guiding believers into spiritual maturity.
They explain and illuminate God's Word with clarity and depth, grounding believers in sound doctrine and biblical truth.
